The Via Emilia cattery offers a service for reserving Burmese kittens. You can purchase a kitten for shows, breeding, or as a household pet.

You can choose your preferred kitten from photos on our website, visit in person to see the living conditions, and meet the parents. We will provide additional photos and detailed information.

Reservation Conditions

Kittens from Via Emilia cattery move to their new homes no earlier than at 2 months old with all the necessary documents: veterinary passport, pedigree, and purchase agreement. Before this age, the kittens are not transferred. They are on breastfeeding and have constant contact with their mother. However, you can reserve a kitten.

Reservation conditions are as follows:

• The buyer selects a kitten and leaves a deposit of $200
• The buyer receives a reservation agreement for the kitten, specifying the purchase price. This document protects the interests of both the seller and the buyer.
• The reservation period is discussed and fixed in the agreement. Any stay beyond this period is subject to additional charges.
• If the buyer cancels the reservation or fails to collect the kitten within the agreed timeframe, the kitten is put back up for sale. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of the kitten’s upkeep and compensates for the lost time.
• The kitten is considered reserved once the deposit is paid and the agreement is signed. Until then, the kitten remains available for sale to other potential owners.

Reservations can be made from one to two months. For extended reservations, we provide the owner with photos and videos of the kitten’s growth and development.

We strive to ensure our kittens find good homes. Before purchasing, consider the responsibilities involved: caring for, feeding, and monitoring the health of the kitten. They are playful and need attention and patience. You are getting a companion for 10-15 years.

The seller reserves the right to refuse a reservation, providing the reasons. It is crucial for the breeder to ensure the kitten will receive proper care, attention, and love.

Purchased pets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
